By using BodabodaOnline app, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agree with the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use of BodabodaOnline app and wish to discontinue using the BodabodaOnline app Service, please do not continue using this App. The Services are accessed by you (“BodabodaOnline User”) under the following terms and conditions:


Note: these terms and conditions applies on both BodabodaOnline platforms, including website and mobile app.

BodabodaOnline is a private owned web-based app that enables persons requiring bodaboda and tuktuk/bajaji transport service to find a suitable provider by the means of sharing data of their geographical location.

BodabodaOnline reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting of such amended Terms and Conditions. To ensure you are aware of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions of use please visit The Terms and Conditions page periodically.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Passengers:

1: BodabodaOnline does not provide transportation Services. The Service of BodabodaOnline app is to link you with third party transportation providers. Therefore it is up to the third party transportation provider to offer transportation Services to you and it is up to you to accept such transportation Service.

2: BodabodaOnline is neither responsible nor liable for the acts, defects and/or omissions of any third party transportation provider and /or transportation Services provided to you.

3: As BodabodaOnline app is not a provider or agency of the transportation services, any acts with defects or quality of transportation service shall be resolved according to the rules and regulations of transporting service provider or relevant supervisory authority.

4: BodabodaOnline app is committed to contribute at improving the quality of bodaboda and tuktuk/bajaji transportation services in the country. Therefore we shall make every effort to ensure that only riders, who respect their profession and passengers/customers, use BodabodaOnline app. However this can be accomplished by you leaving a feedback on their profile pages. For complaints please contact us.

5: It is a must to put on safety helmet when riding on Bodaboda.

6: Bodaboda carries not more than one (1) passenger at once.

7: BodabodaOnline does not accept payments for transportation services on behalf of transporters therefore all payment for transportation service is paid direct to the transporter.

8: BodabodaOnline does not set transportation fares/fee. It is up to you to agree and negotiate with the transport service provider.

9: BodabodaOnline app does not guarantee that every rider (bodaboda rider or bajaji/tuktuk driver) located via BodabodaOnline app satisfies the aforementioned criteria at all times. However if you experience any objectionable thing, please don’t hesitate to inform a supervisory authority responsible for the service.

10: We expect that you will use BodabodaOnline app for the intended purpose only and respect the rider/driver who offers their services to you through BodabodaOnline app.

11: In case of technical errors/ fault that may restrict the use of the app we shall put effort to correct them as soon as possible. Therefore BodabodaOnline does not guarantee unlimited faultless functioning of the app at all times.

12: BodabodaOnline app shall accept no liability for any losses incurred as a consequence of Bodaboda app not functioning or used for unintended purpose.


Terms & Conditions of Use for Rider/Drivers:

In order to provide Transportation Service using BodabodaOnline app you must agree with the following terms and conditions including privacy policies.

1: All content that is not contributed by users including source code, databases logos and visual designs are owned by BodabodaOnline and protected by copyright.

2: By using BodabodaOnline services doesn’t give you rights of ownership to any intellectual property of BodabodaOnline app.

3: All information you have presented to BodabodaOnline are correct and accurate.

4: BodabodaOnline app allows you to receive requests on your phone from customers who are interested in using your transporting services, where by it is up to you to accept or decline.

5: BodabodaOnline offers this service free of charge to the bodaboda riders and bajaji/tuktuk drivers, Therefore you are not required to pay for it nor BodabodaOnline will pay you for using it.

6: You MUST have a license (a valid motorcycle driver’s license), 2 clean safety helmets for your bodaboda, motorcycle insurance and other documentation required for providing motorcycle transporting services. It is your duty to maintain their validity. BodabodaOnline reserves the right to require you to present evidence of all aforementioned documentations and helmets for reviewing.

7: You MUST abide by the traffic regulations at all times.

8: You MUST NOT carry more than one passenger at once on your bodaboda.

9: DO NOT forget to give safety helmet to you customer/Passenger.

10: You MUST NOT have any other passengers in your bajaji/tuktuk other than the one accompanying the customer.

11: All payment for transportation services is paid direct to you by the customer/passenger.

12: BodabodaOnline does not receive payment from passengers on your behalf.

13: BodabodaOnline is not obligated to pay for the transportation service offered to the customer/passenger when he/she fails to pay.

14: BodabodaOnline is not taking any liability for you carrying unauthorized/illegal goods or/and persons.

15: Please note that BodabodaOnline does not set transportation fares/fee. It is up to you to agree and negotiate with your customer/passenger.

16: BodabodaOnline is not taking any liability for the loss, direct or indirect damage or/and harm caused by passengers/customers.

17: BodabodaOnline is entitled to block, remove or delete your profile without notifying you.

18: You shall be allowed to view, update or remove your personal data at all times, some personal data might take long period of time to be deleted.

19: The aim of BodabodaOnline is to provide good and quality service to all customers, therefore BodabodaOnline is monitoring your ratings and customer’s feedbacks, if you fail to meet the minimum ratings required by BodabodaOnline system, BodabodaOnline is entitled to block, remove or delete your profile with or without notifying you

20: You (bodaboda rider and bajaji/tuktuk driver), BodabodaOnline app and its Affiliates agree that the relationship between the aforementioned parties is not an employment agreement, nor joint venture.

21: We collect your personal data such as name, phone number your transport plate number and your work station location in order provide you and other users BodabodaOnline services.

22: We are entitled to disclose your personal data to supervisory authority and other third parties for purpose of improving transportation services in the country.
